Baked Garlic is wonderful for an Italian feast or for any feast, for that matter. Baking garlic brings out its sweeter, nuttier flavors. These are great speard on toasted French bread or on Toasted Garlic Bread with butter. The paste is great for salad dressings, and sauces, especially home made ones. Press out these baked cloves in a dish with olive oil with Italian spices and you have a great bread dip! These are also great with stilton cheese. Yumm!!
One of my favorite Hunan dishes is Dry Fried Green Beans. I liked the one that I had years ago from a little hole in the hole in San Francisco's Chinatown, House of Nanking. I made my own version of the dish. I hope you like it!
About
Welcome to My Food Gallery. This site features some of my favorite dishes that I like to prepare and cook at home and at big gatherings. I like Italian, Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and most of all, Filipino cuisine. Most of the recipes are quick and easy.
Some recipes might call for a pressure cooker to speed up the cooking process. I also have recipes that are low fat, low salt or vegetarian. However, being of Filipino heritage, I also have the dishes that are rich and full of taste.
